Tin I evangelize at whatsoever infirmary, without my OB??

I am 33 weeks significant and told I cannot switch OBs this late. My OBs are not very prissy and they treat anybody like a file binder instead of a person. People constantly complain about this place and often transfer care to other offices. My married man and I do not want any of them delivering our baby and we also want to go to a different infirmary. We live in NJ. Does anyone know if I just get to a unlike hospital, don't telephone call my OB and tell them my state of affairs, if they will deliver the baby? The baby and I are very healthy and low gamble.
